Ok, I'm a huge of fan street styles, and I'm usually pretty good at detecting beauty in outfits that most people would consider hideous. But I do have to admit, there's a thin line between being stylish and being overly fashion forward, maybe its because I'm not as in tune with the fashion world as I think I am. Maybe if someone were to snap a picture of me in my outfit today, the same WT* question mark will raise in someone else's head.. Anyways, I guess "ugly is in the eyes of the bystander" is just another way of saying "beauty is in the eyes of the beholder".
